Member at Large

Steve graduated from Northeastern in 1997. While at Northeastern he was in the Freshman eight in 1993 and in the Varsity eight the successive 3 years. In 1995 the varsity earned the silver medal at the Eastern Sprints and a bronze medal at the National Collegiate Rowing Championship in Cincinnati, OH. In 1996 the varsity went undefeated in the regular season and won the Eastern Sprints.* He was team captain in 1996 and recipient of the Jack Grinold Boathouse Award.

Steve spends most mornings on the erg in his basement reliving fond memories of time spent in the tanks. Over the last several years he has joined his fellow Husky alumni and raced in alumni and masters events at the Head of the Charles.

He works in the commercial insurance branch of Arbella Insurance Company and lives in Connecticut with his wife, Stacie, also a 1997 Northeastern graduate and a coxswain on the women’s team. They have two teenage children.
